Agree with mahmoud omara in terms of constraint creating negative float. However before you attempt to make any adjustment to those Lags in your schedule, I would suggest that you revisit why there is a need for it. There might be a reason why it is being used. If the only reason for using Lags is to suppress float, thus making the activity critical, then you should remove it and show the real logic of your schedule.
